Chevron lawyers can’t make up their mind. First they claim Ecuadorian plaintiffs don’t exist at all, then they say maybe they do exist but are irrelevant to the pollution lawsuit.

Chevron's Favorite Game: I Spy

In its latest post Chevron Pit blogs about another dirty move by Chevron in its desperate fight to get out of paying the court-ordered $18 billion fee for the pollution in Ecuador: SPYING on the two lead attorneys representing Ecuadorians. They are being followed and recorded by investigators hired by Chevron. Steven Donziger, the US based attorney, his wife and children can’t go anywhere without Chevron’s spies closely following them.
